UTILITY SERVICES INFORMATION

Effective June 15th, all debit and credit card payments made online or by phone will require the cardholder's billing ZIP code exactly as it appears on file with their bank.

Transactions submitted with an incorrect or mismatched billing ZIP code will be declined.

This security measure is being implemented to help protect against fraudulent payment activity and enhance the safety of customer transactions.

MUNICIPAL COURT INFORMATION

NOTICE: Driver Safety Courses or Deferred Disposition options are not available through this website. Contact the Municipal Court. 

If you intend to enter a plea of NOT GUILTY, you must contact the court. This option is not available through this website.

By making a voluntary payment online, you forfeit any right to request a Driving Safety Course or Deferred Disposition. Please note that pleading and paying online may constitute a conviction being reported to DPS.

If you would like to request a court date, you may do so by contacting the Municipal Court.

Please be aware that not all violations may be paid online. Some require an appearance, payment and additonal paperwork.

• A REQUEST FOR DEFERRED DISPOSITION OR DRIVING SAFETY COURSE MAY NOT BE PROCESSED ONLINE. YOU MAY NOT PAY FOR YOUR CITATION ONLINE THEN REQUEST DEFERRED DISPOSITION OR DRIVING SAFETY COURSE FROM THE COURT.

• IF YOU ARE A JUVENILE (AGE 16 OR UNDER) YOU MUST APPEAR IN OPEN COURT.

• IF YOU ARE A MINOR (AGE 17 TO 20) AND RECEIVED AN ALCOHOL- OR TOBACCO-RELATED CHARGE YOU MUST APPEAR IN OPEN COURT.

• WARRANTS: ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUTSTANDING WARRANTS MAY TAKE 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO CLEAR.
